Last year the Annual Report came out on 23 September. I would imagine that this year the Annual Report should be due next week.

I also would appreciate an update. What are the major shareholders, such as Perpetual being told? I have been patient for a long time, and hanging out for some benefit from my investment.

Let us suppose that Altona has selected an independent valuer, and are now waiting on Xstrata confirming it. In other words, Altona could also be hostage to the Xstrata situation. Xstrata may be taking their time, delaying until the merger is clarified. There are many possibilities.

All Altona directors are shareholders with a vested interest in the final bottom line of profit.

There are two views on this, a) the view of traders looking for continual movement and b) the view of investors looking for the final bottom line of profit.
