My interpretation on the crusher being fully operational is when all functions are being performed to the standard they are designed to achieve.
I am only a lay person so do not have the technical knowhow to give you a knowledgeable answer but assume samples of all grades of ore will be tested.
A couple of possibilities regarding the crusher have occurred to me.
We know the 30 million tonnes of ore are to be excavated in 6 years and that the crusher is capable of crushing 5 million tonnes a year.
Now if the crusher does crush 5 million tonnes a year, then there would be a greater return from the native copper in that 6 year period.
If the crusher only crushes the 3 million tonne a year from what comes out of Las Minerale and Rocklands South as originally planned, there remains spare capacity of 2 million tonnes per annum for use with the mining of Wilgar
