I think a study of the words is useful.

That earlier announcement states the crusher is "capable" of crushing 5 mtpa. The maths says the number is close to 4.8 mtpa.

That is a complete theoretical number as the maths shows it needs to run at top speed for every hour of the year. Simply not a reality.

The Aug 12th announcement reflects reality where it states the crusher circuit is actually 3 mtpa.

The words used in each announcement have a meaning.
