At present it's hard to say if a lower copper price is good or bad for AVB. Because our predicted production costs are much lower than most miners, we can still make a profit at lower copper prices when others can't. The is especially important at the current $3.00 range where a drop to $2.50 would make present miners consider the viability of continuing production and the focus would turn to the lower production cost mines (AVB?).
While there is plenty of copper left in the earth's crust, finding low cost copper is become harder and harder.
If the price of copper returned to the $4.00 range then higher prices would be a better thing once we are in production.
The above is only what's in my head.
Current price is $3.24.
