Worker sentiment on site needs to be that way to ensure production and minimise absenteeism.
The shortage of operators in WA would surely highlight the importance of a happy and capable workforce.
Copper price is irrelevant if a company has nobody to operate the diggers or drive the trucks.
Very basic fundamental analysis I know but it is at the face where the profit is made in the long term.
