Yes yes but you've missed the main and most important news item which is to supplement Lithium supply within China the Chinese have been processing and breaking down substantial quantities of Lepidolite and this has now become a substantial ESG concern with at least 1 Cathode manufacturer in China reducing production to compensate , ultimately this just highlights the need for more supply to keep up with demand , this is what has caused the price dip IMHO as this is a gear up for new supply which is due in 2023 it also explains GS SS MS CS recent calls as well as BlackRock taking a huge position in PLS , the flow on effect IMHO will be Cu rising towards $10,000 at the back end of 2023 and new ATH in 2024 .
