To support my "HMX undervalued" theory a few thoughts:
Of course, it is difficult to impossible to find a correlation between the prices of CU, gold and the SP of HMX.
However, we should at least ask ourselves what was different in April 2022 or 2023 than today.
Two differences come to mind off the top of my head: We had much less cash in the bank and we lacked all the interesting progress of 2023.
So I ask myself: what will it take for interest to return and the SP to move north? Strong drilling results? A (new) discovery?I would think that the SP should rather move in the 6c range.Thinking conservatively.
The chart looks to me - on a 3-6 month view - as if we could see a turnaround. Possibly in the context of higher CU prices?
A lot of speculation, but as is so often the case, one should "waste" a thought or two on this. I remain constructive in my view.... not to say "positive". DYOR
