I could imagine that HMX is on the "waiting list" of some investors. They are probably waiting until there is something "tangible" to celebrate before they buy. So - it needs good results or news to "trigger something".

In terms of the chart, we seem to be in an ascending triangle. Resistance at 5 and ultimately 6 cents is then actually a further upward resistance. If you look at a multi-year chart, the long-term downward trend is somewhere around 7-8 cents. A break in the course of the year could actually mean a "change in perception" of HMX.

I think that is also the issue: the perception is not (yet) correct. For this reason, the SP also remains asleep.
