Hi,
Not sure I'd be that upset about a rights issue at 1 to 1, at 4 to 6 cents.
May hurt SP short term, but holding for long term anyway.
Gets rid of short term refi issues, and they will probably need more cash for gold mine development anyway, some time[unless copper goes way north of 2 bucks]
If I was certain that such an issue was going to happen, I'd buy more, to get greater access to the issue.
Worked ok for me with MOF.
