If you care to look at monthly PNA sp you will find the following:
30 april 2000--5.0897 cents.
31 august2000--5.2513 cents.
31 january2001--4.4434 cents.
30 june 2001---2.9431 cents.
30 september 2001--1.9044 cents.
31 october 2001 --1.9909 cents.
In fact on a monthly basis PNA s/p did not go above 5 cents until 31 july 2003 at 6.5788 cents.
