Copper prices continue to record highs , while inventories are shrinking - all good stuff for MNC.
"Copper futures climbed in the domestic market on the back of tracking firm cues from the global market today. Three month copper advanced as much as 1.8% to $9,703 a metric ton on London Metal Exchange (LME) on expectation that demand for copper in China, world's largest consumer of base metals, will boost after the Lunar New Year holiday, and speculators also enlarging investment appeal in commodities in order to hedge against accelerating consumer prices."
