A picture is worth a thousand words. If you put a trend line on that graph, the message is very simple.

Some stats. In the past 6 months, base metals have increased by the following percentages

Lead 50%
Copper 40%
Zinc 37%
Nickel 22%

So all base metals have had good increases over the past siz months.

OZL half year profit was $264m on continueing operation. 40% copper improvement = $369m for H2. Full year profit on operations could be in the order of $633m. A previous post I indicated about $710m.

So there you have a profit range from $633 to $710 - not too shabby.!!!
