Most 'agreements' are walk away deals being only 'agreements in principle'.
When AUQ said it had "executed an agreement" with SAMA that tells you nothing in terms of money changing hands.
If I were the financier I would screw AUQ hard knowing that my deal was effectively the only one in town. There is no queue of people lining up to provide AUQ with finance that I can see.
The original reported 'deal' was a fantasy. What is going on here?
