Market cap of PNA is still $360 Million if you take $1.50 as the price of copper & PNA sell a copper concentrate which gets 15% less from the premium spot price (due to smelter / treatment costs etc), PNA would receive roughly speaking $1.28 USD per pound of copper, so after all production & company costs and exploration / debt repayments what will PNA actually give back to share holders?

Look at OZL 96c now, the resource sector is smashed, is this an over reaction? I don't think so.
