Copper spot prices finished at US$2.8140/lb overnight. Copper futures (September 2020) were at US$2.8255/lb.
At a FX rate of 0.6989, that is: spot copper at A$4.03/lb and copper futures at A$4.04/lb.
Remarkable, when you consider the published Kalkaroo PFS used a then 'consensus' price of US$2.89/lb at a FX rate of 0.75 or A$/3.86lb.
Havilah has a JORC Mineral Resource of 1,291,600 copper tonnes (of which 474,000 copper tonnes are a JORC Ore Reserve at the Kalkaroo Project).
New #Copper mines needed as copper demand is set to outstrip copper supply in the medium to long-term.
My next copper target is US$3/lb (either spot or futures).
