re: parlap ~ copper specs -is now the time? Evening Parlap,
Isn't BOC currently mixed up in finance or some such business?
Bit hard to ever see then getting back as a going concern on Bougainville.
Too much trouble there and the amount of money required to get things up and running again is astronomical.
It's not as if things have been in "care & Maintenance" either, it's just rusting away, not to mention the ongoing vandalism that has taken place.
All that, and then you have the independence issue, read "political risk".

Do you have any recent information contrary to the above opinion Parlap?

If so, please post it, as I must admit to no more than passing a cursory glance over BOC some twelve months or so ago and relegated it to the too hard/impossible basket.

Look forward to anything you have on the subject.
One things for sure, there's no denying the Cu is there, but the problems associated with mining it are insurmountable for the time being....IMHO
