Roh - Im surprised you have missed it in several company announcements seeing you study them so thoroughly - No increase to throughput above 3mt is planned until year 6 of operation.
As for the LME stocks declining ? I posted an article from the Oz govt on the cu supply situation that largely dissed the LME numbers as being an unreliable guide to the real stock situation on supply V demand ! That article goes a long way to explaining why the copper price has been going at the same time the LME tonnages are declining.
