    Roh - The point of the article is to highlight the LME stock numbers as not being a true guide as to worldwide supply v demand which explains why the USD copper price has been declining for several years in line with the LME stock tonnage declines that you quote daily when it should in fact be going up if real supply was declining relative to demand - CDU first said they would get a premium for NCU 5 or 6 years ago you are saying that is still relative.
