I am still expecting copper to hit US$5 per pound (~US$11,000/tonne) by the end of this calendar year based on:
1. No electrification/decarbonisation without copper;
2. The 'green energy' revolution will support a surge in copper demand;
3. The copper market is unprepared for this critical role; and
4. Political risk in Chile and/or Peru.
Cheers
