What destroyed the share price was the slump in copper price followed by a 5 year wait to get the final permit to mine. I pity anyone trying to operate in SA but they have put up with the commercially damaging government bureaucracy, but Rex has managed to survive. I am reluctant to invest in any other mining company operating in SA. The sovereign risk, like that in Qld, is worse than operating in a third world country in Africa !
