There's a lot more shares on issue now than back then because the company had to issue a lot of new shares at discounted prices when it ran short on cash over the last few years. Even if the project value was the same as back then (which it's not) you have to share it between more shareholders because of the higher number of shares.

The project value is smaller than it was back in 2011 because it was (from memory) cut in half.

now 376237586 or 2.449 times as many now.
That would by itself reduce my SP expectation from $3 to $1.22.

Have not resolved the NPV variation. Probably too involved and made more difficult because Hog Ranch must add something to the NPVs of RXM.
So I guess I will just revise my comment to " RXM should be a lot more than 20 cents," which doesn't say much. Most shareholders have been saying that.
