    The potential 'issue' you had on malachite from Kalkaroo, I asked Dr Giles about it. Post #73339052

    Apparently, the malachite in the Kalkaroo deposit is readily saleable to the Adchem fertiliser works down the road at Burra in South Australia, thus minimising transport and refining charges.

    He did not mention what prices Adchem pays for malachite.

    The 'down the road' distance from Kalkaroo to Burra is about 355 kms.

    Note: Dr Giles said Havilah had not seen much malachite in the Kalkaroo deposit. Apparently, all the copper floating around in the weathering zone either went into native copper or malachite depending on the oxidation/reduction and pH conditions at that time.

    In the Kalkaroo resource model it was included in the native copper zone.
