Quite frankly Dragone, I don't think you know what you're talking about.

BTR shareholders are going to be diluted by 100% at a time when they do not need cash. I REPEAT - THEY DO NOT NEED CASH!

BTR management, earlier this year, stated that the sale of Perkoa gave BTR a decent cash position to focus on Kitumba and take things forward. There was no mention of a merger, capital raising or further dilution at this stage or at least before the completion of the Feasibility Study.

I am literally outraged. OUTRAGED.

The way that the BTR management is acting is totally against the interests of their shareholders, based on the statements that they had made earlier this year. It seems that somehow, Scott Lowe is influencing parties in both camps and is acting as a puppet master. The merger only suits one group of people, the BTR management, who will no doubt retain their jobs and salaries for an indefinite amount of time, along with share options in a company with what appears a great large copper resource and soon a very strong cash position for a junior.

I am all for investing for the long term and not necessarily trading the markets, but I am also incredibly interested in receiving short term VALUE for my money and being represented in the right and responsible manner by the management of the companies I invest in. I personally feel that BTR management are seriously disrespecting the views of many of their shareholders.

This merger is absolutely not at the right time for BTR, they are already in a strong cash position for their Market Cap and Junior status and also for the activities which need to happen in the pre-mining/pre-construction phase of this operation.

I believe that there are deliberate actions being taken which are effectively eroding and corroding existing shareholder value.
