Any capital raising will be to reduce debt as there is simply too much debt and interest repayments are killing them. Capital raise would be severely dilutive and done at a significant discount in order to get investors interested given recent events. All imo and if done low a good trading opportunity may present itself.
They hinted at a further loan to get them mining again.
