Im somewhat confused, although i do agree that there is too much debt i think that this will be insignificant if they can produce 32,500 @1.67.. At a copper price of $3.11 thats 222mil in revenue and 103mil in EBIT.

Correct me if im wrong but havent interest repayments been capitalised? In which case its not being taken away from the bank account. 5mil USD is more than enough to do mining.. that figure would have increased in the last two months as well.
