I will draft up an email to them tonight, will post its content here.
Might help if you all forward them the email and put pressure to release information to the asx. Just because we are in a suspension doesnt mean that they are entitled to hold vital information from us.
The poor and ambiguous communication is not good enough, especially leading up to October where ore stockpiles will no longer be available. We still dont know if mining will resume, if they will use third party ore or if they will just stop producing.
If they do not respond or provide further updates i will seek an alternative way of getting information out, perhaps through an EGM (doubt we have the votes, though) or contact asx/asic to see what rights we have under the corporations act.
A bit drastic i know but the last thing i want to see is the directors running the company into the ground when so much is at stake.
Will keep you guys updated.
