I have also been provided with the same response, i think its fair to give them time to respond, perhaps until the end of week. If they dont provide an operational update by then it might be worthwhile for me to contact asx and asic and ask what rights we have.

The urgency is in the fact that we run out of ore stockpiles in October with no mining or an MOU (memorandum of understanding) for treating external ore we run a real risk of a production stop. They haven't provided any concrete plan going forward, thats what really scares me. It leaves a lot of unanswered questions..
