    I read from the May consultative committee minutes that the company has no plans to float off the 4% copper from the concentrate. And if it did there would be, the minutes suggest, some people in the local community with concerns. Two questions
    1. Why ever not sell the copper?
    2. What rational concerns would there be for the community?
