Without wanting to be too pessimistic I would not hope for a recovery too quickly.

Unless there is a strong catalyst in terms of an announcement or something I see little reason for a near term rapid rise. It is likely that there will be a number of UK retail holders finding themselves with ASX listed shares they never wanted. It would not surprise me they maintain selling pressure on CUO for a while even after everything is complete.

Even after all the paperwork is completed there are many hurdles the new company faces. Most immediately is the MXX debt maturing in December that needs to be refinanced. Some non core assets will need to be sold off which in this environment presents some challenges.

So don't be fooled, the road ahead is still very bumpy. However I, as others, have faith in the fundamentals. I have alot riding on the success of this company.

Long term the biggest risk I see is some serious hiccup in the devolepment of the platinum holding Platmin. IF Platmin proceeds without too much trouble AND IF copperco can extend its mine life then we will be sitting on something that is worth much much more than the current prices.

Regardless of the hurdles, in my opinion I see CUO at 40c a total steal.
