Not Hains accumulation more but a new substantial holder.
Franklin Resources now 10.08% they held just 1.78% back in December.
I'm backing them to know a bit more than Happycats (who never sounds very happy to me) and MadMax (who tends to be Mad)
I'd also be tipping that they have been the ones playing with the price to flush out the sellers.
