This is a big vote of confidence for RTG investors i.e. Franklin Resources investing $5M into RTG.
I'm sure that they would have done their due diligence on the likely hood of RTG obtaining mining approvals from the new Philippine government.
Lets hope the SP starts moving north from here...i have a feeling it will.
