Name/Holder and Street Address (Registry Lines 1,2,3 and 4)

Suburb (Registry Lines 5 and/or 6)

Then rows for Postcode; Country of Domicile, Number of Shares and First Active Date.

There are thousands of poor holders who have held comparitively small parcels for a number of years. No doubt they paid $1 or $2 per share.
