As we are on this cop topic, why do we need to import mercenary cops from abroad, is it because our local youth have very little respect or faith in our laws requiring our forces to be imported from foreign lands.

My view is mercenaries are used when the locals won't enforce the laws on the local population.

I have very little respect for the cops or the laws any more, too many laws.
