I'm wondering if at this pice STO wouldn't be squaring up KAR for a takeover via scrip and then spin oil assets off into a separate vehicle?
Could be a very cheap way for them to broaden their gas resource base at a pretty cheap price. Fits nicely into the STO strategy.
Comes ready made with deep Yankee and Chinese pockets.
