Hey Cikku,

Good work. I think incompetence has been masked by using the "delayed" word. The board has not been forthcoming with placing the blame on those responsible for whatever delays.

I remember seeing posters glued to walls around Perth city touting "Norman Gunstan for Govenor General". I think we could look at starting a whole new poster campaign "Cikku for Govenor General".
