the decision is handed down, without any penalty if it goes againgst IIN. As the determination of damages will come later. In this scenario expect IIN to be whacked as no one will know the size of the damages. In any event this case will be subject to appeal. Still hope they win subject to appeal than lose subject to appeal. fingers crossed.
