The point is not about what specific Legislative Act /Section/Part/ Subsection.... it is about the disingenuous argument posited by the two protagonists mentioned previously - Pimply and Lapdog and the intended effect of detainment on persons considered a threat to the state -(whichever state, but in this case Australia and Israel as two similar democratic states.
The rubbish argument presented by them regarding the Rogue Hamas state prisoners held by Israel and Israeli hostages held by Hamas is contorted BS and nowhere near fairly comparable.

"Rooting out terror cells" is considerably different to capturing terrorists engaged in such activity I believe, and should also be obvious, not only to reasonable persons but Pimples and Lapdag too.
