By the way, I don't think either the US Army or BAE were trying to copy or steal metalstorm tech or its patents, they are just adding something to it, i.e. a variation on the same theme, it's just achieved in a slightly different way to adapt to a different weapon that's all, so the enabling tech behind it is still owned by metalstorm!
