Steve Carter has repeatedly said that he wants to hold out as long as possible for a pharma deal to maximise the value of the deal to shareholders. However, Solbec have a new MD (Graeme Howie) who is ex-Pfizer and may be looking to stitch up a deal ASAP.

If they can get the psoriasis treatment back into clinical trials and get a positive result there (which takes months, not years) they may be able to partner that component out and use the funds generated to take the cancer treatment all the way to market themselves (or at least right to the point of commercialisation).

I know they have reformulated the psoriasis cream back to a water base (form the oil base that was used in the previous trial) but I'm not sure what their priority is to get this new formulation back into clinical trails.
