    SBP needs a strong ,dominant , savy CEO and needed it 2 years ago ( a biotech chairman wouldn t hurt either ).
    Strong focused management is essential before the trial results to get maximum benefit from what promises to be good results.
    Time to stop being run and regarded as a cottage industry .
