Really. I suggest you are wrong. Seems numerous publications I have read are also wrong.

During the trial the onus was on Corby to prove her innocence, not on the prosecution to prove her guilt.
She was already assumed guilty.

I also heard a report that the trial judge said he has tried 500 cases and every person has been found guilty - that it proves the law is working.
