I'm not qualified to interpret these things so I was just going by what Tim Lindsey (Australia's leading expert on Asian Law) said. Links to articles are below. Basically I think he means while the onus was on Corby to prove her innocence given the case the prosecution had she would have had to done so anywhere else anyway.
