It may be soft in Indonesia, but this doesn't make it fair or right. - whether its fair or right isnt the point - can you base your arguments on LAW - its the law - fair or right - says who?? you - a drug expert - a leagl expert - you dont see all those junkies on the side of the road - a chinese guy comes into australain with 20kgs of herion and we say throw away the key -

Presumption of innocence; trial by jury who are prepared to believe an accused person, rather than three judges who have a 100% conviction rate. - befoere it goes to trial it goes to 1 judge to look at the preliminary facts - like a pre trial hearing - thats why they have got 500 convited becasue they onyl get cases where all the facts stack up

Wrong, an accused person doesn't have to prove her innocence. ( what does she have to proce then) This is the point you keep missing. At most, even though the drugs were found in her possession, she only has to raise reasonable doubt as to whether they were hers/she knew they were in her possession.
