I think core has explained dully and openly about other offers but STILL the got crew live in fairy land. Looking over the offers presented to the board titans offer is by far the best offer put forward. 33c cash was an increased offer by the interested party but for more assets and a $7 million fee if it was renigged on. No wonder why they couldnt accept it. They are working in the best interest of the majority core shareholders to get max value not just the minority opposed to anything to do with titan.Looks like its a waiting game till mid jan when the locked in core shares are sealed and delivered to titan without a get out clause. The few shareholders opposed can sell their titan shares after the deal and move on
