The 4 board members of Core do not represent the shareholders. The earlier same Core directors were involved to merge Titan and Core again without minority shareholders approval and the merger was failed by the courts. That was the same court that will eventually be involved because Core shareholders will be going to involve the courts.
Regulators and regulatory oversight officials have been informed and are actively 'making their inquiries'.
