Good find.
With Core Mining getting their Mining Permit from The Congo less than a week after SDL got their,s,it could be connected in some way.

Core Mining perhaps have shown The Congo Government that they have funding to start production and build a Rail Line and Port.

Have shown they have a signed document guaranteeing access to Rail and Port systems.

Core Mining would not have done the work needed to get permits for Rail Line or Port.
Have Core signed an agreement with SDL or Hanlong for use of Rail and Port.Or are they,Core looking to be involved in funding,Joint Venture or some form of take over?
