Core Mining have a great resource that is near Sundance tenements - but no way of transporting to port.
Sundance have advanced plans for a railway giving them 'first mover' status. Core and Sundance recently signed an MOU agreeing to cooperate on discussions around Core accessing Sundance's rail line.

Perhaps more significant is that Glencore/Xstrata has a stake in Core and could potentially move to takeover both Sundance and the Avima tenements (my speculation only).
