    With Core Mining looking at 35MTPA and having its plans to look at its own rail & port surely these guys would have to be part of any consortium of the European Tender.

    Perhaps a JV 50/50 between the two would have to considerably reduce infrastructure costs of the proposal.

    Anyones thoughts?
