Sdl should facilitate ndrc request for soe involvement by flocking liu han to the kerb and dealing directly with soe, and other interested parties.
I agree two weeks to go and currnt share price says hanlong will not be part of any TO of sdl let alone at laughfable 45c!
Nice try liu han, at least he wont walk away empty handed . He can claim guinessbook record on most protracted takevover with out any credible source of financing .
