I don't get the positive spin to your post. Where are the assets of the company? They will raise some cash with a fire sale but the drill is gone and not coming back. Who would buy in on the off chance the court reverses position? And even if they did, there is a question mark over how good it is anyway.
And please don't say the asset is the thing they drop down a bore hole. It is a proven lemon from all I can read.
